CLASS DESCRIPTION

PILATES PRIVATE

Individual coaching using all of the different studio apparatus, in accordance with each person’s needs.
A posture evaluation and a physical assessement are carried out before each session.

PILATES DUO (2 students) 

Come with a friend for training on the reformer and the Cadillac with half tower. Similar levels of fitness required.

PILATES MAT CLASS

Max 8 students. Classical Pilates sequences using Triadballs, magic circles, foam rollers and elastic bands.

Level 1: Introductory/beginners
Level 2: Intermediate
Level 3: Advanced.

PILATES SWISS BALL

Using the big ball for enhanced balance and core-strenghtening excercises.

PILATES SENIORS

For people +60 who prefers to move more slowly and who might have back, hip or other problems limiting their ability to move freely.

Classical sequences using triadballs (small soft balls), elastic bands, magic circles or big Swiss balls to practice balance.

PILATES CHILDREN

For children between 5 and 10, with focus on a more playful style of Mat Pilates that uses lots of imagery and includes 5-10 minutes of relaxation/breathing at the end of each class.
